These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Branding Warehouse UK website (brandingwarehouseuk.com) and the purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Pricing
All pricing is shown in Pound Sterling (GBP). Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% is calculated and added at checkout. Branding Warehouse UK is VAT registered (VAT Number 513453711, see clause 11).
All quotations issued by Branding Warehouse are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If you place an order against a quote dated more than 30 days before the order date, a fresh quotation must be requested.
2. Product Imagery
All images used on this site, social media and any other distribution channels are representations of our products. They may not directly reflect the exact look of the finished product, particularly where custom branding, materials or finishes have been specified.
3. Custom Print & Artwork
Most products in our range are made to order with the customer's branding, logo, colours or artwork. By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you have the right to use the artwork supplied and that we are authorised to print and produce items based on it.
Branding Warehouse will not be liable for any third-party intellectual property infringement arising from artwork supplied by the customer.
Accepted artwork file formats are print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP and SVG. Files should be supplied at a minimum of 300 dpi at the final print size. CMYK is preferred for accurate colour reproduction; RGB files are accepted and will be converted on our side, which may cause minor colour shifts.
By uploading artwork to us, whether through our website or by email, you grant Branding Warehouse a non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce and print the artwork solely for the purpose of producing your order and any subsequent reorders. We retain uploaded artwork files for up to 12 months from the date of upload so that reorders and reprints can be processed quickly. After 12 months, files tied to inactive accounts are deleted from our systems.
4. Orders & Payment

Online orders placed through this website are paid in full at checkout by debit or credit card via Stripe, our secure payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major card brands supported by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page; we never see or store full card details on our own servers.
For trade, repeat or larger offline orders we can also issue an invoice for payment by BACS bank transfer. To arrange invoiced payment, please contact us before placing your order.
Your order forms a binding contract with Branding Warehouse only once we accept it. Acceptance is confirmed when we send you written confirmation of the order (typically by email) and, for custom-printed items, when artwork has been approved by you and signed off by us for production. Payment alone does not constitute acceptance.
5. Delivery
Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20.00 per order to Mainland UK addresses. Delivery is typically completed within 7–10 working days from artwork approval. International delivery and express options may be available on request and are quoted separately.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Branding Warehouse will not be liable for any loss arising from a delay in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordering off-the-shelf, non-customised products may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Customised, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from this right.
If your order arrives faulty or materially different from the agreed specification, please contact us at sales@brandingwarehouseuk.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate to the issue.
Custom-printed items, including all branded gazebos, banners, flags, displays and any product produced to a customer's artwork, are non-refundable except where the product is faulty or materially differs from the agreed specification. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Intellectual Property
The Branding Warehouse name, logo, website design and all original photography and copy are the property of Branding Warehouse and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer, subject to the licence granted to Branding Warehouse in clause 3.
8. Events Outside Our Control
Branding Warehouse will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to industrial disputes, supplier failure, supply-chain shortages, transport disruption, fire, flood, power outage, acts of government, or other circumstances commonly described as force majeure. Where such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and either agree a revised delivery date or, if appropriate, cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any custom-printed items not yet in production.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branding Warehouse's total liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount paid by you for the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Personal data submitted via this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
